Fresh aroma of white-fleshed fruit, notes of apple, jasmine and violet.
On the palate, Ribolla Gialla is dry, fresh, lively and at the same time elegant and soft, with a particular minerality and sapidity that reflect the terroir of the area of origin.
It leaves a nice fruity and persistent finish
Perfect as an aperitif, but it also goes well with cold appetizers such as octopus or cuttlefish salad, it cleans the mouth of fried fish well.
The combinations are also good with spaghetti alla botargo and with the cod.
The sparkling Ribolla Gialla maintains the unique characteristics of this native grape variety that is representative of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
